Download Amazon Store – WordPress Plugin Here

We finally have a WordPress Plugin for Amazon Stores. It started after we found the need to create our own Amazon Store Plugin for WordPress to help bring in some extra income on some of our websites. We thought it would be a simple solution, just find a Plugin and activate it. But to our surprise we couldn’t find anything that was free, had an actual shopping cart, worked the way it was supposed to, and looked good. So we set out to create our own.

Online Velocity offers this WordPress Plugin through with the restrictions provided in the included License.txt file.

This Amazon Store Free Plugin is set to use the Online Velocity affiliate code 1 out of 5 times using your Associate ID 4 out of 5 times. A paid version is available at http://OnlineVelocity.com. Any tampering with or attempt to edit the code to remove the Online Velocity affiliate commissions is strictly prohibited according to our terms and conditions, and the licensing agreement.

By downloading or using this plugin you are assuming all liability. By using the software you voluntarily assume all risk of loss and/or damage, hold harmless, and defend Online Velocity or its employees, and any third parties from any and all claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever in law, equity, before any administrative agency or judicial tribunal arising from the aforesaid rendering of services. One final point. Do not be mislead if you come across the term free or freeware. This is not open source software. It is also not free software (in the FSF sense). It is merely software  with no financial cost. Again, this term comes from an earlier era. It is much deprecated these days.

    Hi,
For a long time I was looking to find something like your plugin and I was surprised today. I installed it, but unfortunately it doesn’t work, instead of showing products in the pages or categories, it shows my access Key and ID and errors, any thought?

I would like to know the price for the paid version of the plugin. I have been to all the links that say a paid version is availible and haven’t found any information about it or it’s price. Please email me the information as I want to put a amazon store on several of my sites. Thank you, James

Thanks for your interest in the PAID version. At this time we are not offering a paid version. We decided to offer many of the features that were intended for the paid version to the free version to allow more functionality to everyone. What are some of the features that you would like to see in the paid version that are not offered in the free version?

Thank you, what page is that link on? Cant seem to find it to correct it.
    Thanks again, James

We are not offering the Paid version yet since we have added most of the features that were meant for the paid version to the free version.
What are some of the things you would like to see in the paid version that the differs from the free version?

Thanks for all the kind words about our Plugin. Do you have the latest version of WprdPress installed? We have noticed almost all the issues people have are related to 3 issues.

    1. Theme (a lot of people have not added the code where it needs to go in the theme)
    2. The Amazon Store Wordpress Plugin only works on version 2.8 and newer, however it is highly recommended to have 2.9.1 or greater.
    3. The other issue we have noticed is a conflict with a few other WP Plugins (more specifically WP Plugins that use jQuery incorrectly in their Plugin)

    Hope this helps.

    @ Admin
The download link on top of the main page starts with hhttp:// which is invalid.

As for the paid version benefits, for one, we wouldn’t have to share a percentage of sales.

I haven’t used the free version yet so I can’t comment on improvements or wish-list.

  10. admin says:

    @ epsilon
I have corrected the link, thanks for pointing it out. As far as the versions, the paid version is not available yet but you will be able to upgrade from inside the Wordpress admin once it becomes available without re-installing Amazon Store or needing to change any code. This will allow you to check out the plugin and use the free version until we have a paid version available. Also I will let everyone know when it becomes available.
    Thanks! :-)

    @ Admin

Thanks for the info. And, since I have your attention, can the plug-in pull content from other Amazon sites besides the US one. [ like amazon . de, co.uk, and .jp ]

  12. admin says:

Yes the site can pull from international Amazon sites like .de, .co.uk, etc

  13. epsilon says:

    @ admin

Thanks for the answer in regards to International Amazon site support.

So, I activated the plug-in, the products come-in fine, but the cart function doesn’t seem to work. Also, when products are imported, the price doesn’t show.
I thought it may be the theme, so I switched back to the wp default theme; still the same.

Any idea why this could be happening?

    TIA

I have just tried using this plug-in and keep getting the following error:
“Warning: Division by zero in /home/dac/public_html/GOODHAIRSTRAIGHTENER.NET/wp-content/plugins/amazon-store/ov_amazon_store/services/ui/Paginator.php on line 92″

I have had this about three times now

  15. admin says:

It looks like the search phrase you are using to retrieve Amazon products is not returning any results. When you add the new page try using the Search Index “All” . I will fix the error message in the upcoming release.
